Smokey Bones is a full-service restaurant delivering great barbecue, award-winning ribs, and good times in 63 locations across 16 states. Able to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English.
Excellent customer service and people skills
In-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies
Able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift.
Able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures (below 0 F and above 90 F) throughout the shift.
