Managing & Associate Attorney

Job Description A growing law firm is expanding its Auto Negligence/Special Investigations Unit (SIU) team and is seeking a motivated Defense Litigation Attorney to join its legal team. This position offers the opportunity to manage a caseload of complex litigation cases, work closely with an experienced Partner, and play a key role in litigation strategy and client representation.
The ideal candidate will have experience defending clients in litigation matters, including personal injury, medical malpractice, and insurance defense. This role provides a clear path for professional growth and career advancement within a dynamic and expanding office.
Handle a high-volume caseload of complex litigation cases from inception through trial or settlement
Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance to clients
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents
Stay up to date on legal developments, laws, and regulations
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Excellent legal research and analytical abilities
Proven success in complex litigation and client representation
Knowledge of insurance laws, regulations, and legal precedents
