Functions as an interdisciplinary team member providing patient assessment/re-assessment, direct patient care, and individualized care planning/implementation. Qualifications: Education: Required: Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate Physical Therapy Experience: Preferred: 2 years as a practicing PT in a healthcare setting Certifications: Required: State Licensure Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce.
