American Traveler is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN with strong robotics and vascular case experience for a Days schedule in Cedar Rapids, IA.

Operating Room unit within a regional hospital setting

Utilizes DaVinci Xi, Mako, and Rosa robotics equipment

Days shift, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts, 40 hrs/week

Call requirements include 1 night per week and up to 1 weekend per month

Holiday rotation required

Active IA RN license or compact/multistate license required

Minimum of 24 months current Operating Room RN experience required

Proficient experience in general surgery required

EPIC EMR experience required

Spine surgery experience preferred

Travel RN experience within the previous 15 months required

Professional reference from a supervisor, charge nurse, manager, director, CNO, or COO within the past 24 months preferred

Provide perioperative nursing care across general surgery, vascular, and robotic-assisted cases

Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility

Required to work 1-2 of the 3 upcoming summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) unless the unit is closed

Past UnityPoint Health employees (FTE or PRN float pool) are ineligible to work travel assignments at other UPH markets within 12 months of separation
