At Ease Home Care is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Lead Caregiver to join our growing team. It is a leadership role that plays a critical part in supporting our caregivers, serving our clients, and helping our agency continue to grow throughout Idaho and Washington.
What You’ll Do Leadership & Team Support Serve as a positive role model and leader for caregivers.
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to caregivers in the field.
Scheduling & Open Shift Coverage Help fill open shifts throughout the week.
Respond to urgent staffing needs and assist with shift coverage.
Support retention by helping caregivers feel supported and successful.
Be willing to step in when needed to ensure client care needs are met.
Client Care & Home Visits Conduct caregiver and client home visits.
Support quality assurance and client satisfaction efforts.
Training & Development Assist with caregiver orientation and training.
Mentor new caregivers and support ongoing development.
Reinforce company policies, procedures, and documentation expectations.
Marketing & Community Outreach Assist with community outreach and marketing efforts.
Help build relationships with referral sources and community partners.
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Skilled at coaching, mentoring, and supporting others
Comfortable using email, Microsoft Teams, scheduling software, and electronic documentation systems
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required
The Lead Caregiver must:
Be willing to travel outside their preferred service area when needed.
Be available to assist with staffing challenges and urgent client needs.
Occasionally work outside of scheduled hours to support operations and client care.
Represent At Ease Home Care professionally in the community.
