The project length can range from two hours to two days.Making recommendations and managing expectations with customers – You'll communicate with customers to help them understand what they need to have done and manage expectations about the scope of work and costs.Create life-long customers – Deliver a great experience that wows life-long repeat customers. Handyman Way - a repeatable process that makes it easy to wow the customer every time.Consultative mindset, helping solve problemsExcellent communication skills and ability to drive teamworkTeam success depends on everyone.You'll need to speak with customers and provide excellent customer service while asking for reviews and collecting payments.Have a business mindset, we are a licensed GC, let's do the big jobsYou'll need to have the necessary tools, including the ability to use technology.You'll need to document the job while following our process, the Mr. Handyman Way.You'll need to wear proper PPE as well as booties to protect our customer's home.Have 8+ years' experience as a paid carpenterOwn your own toolsBe insurable for driving our vehicle (no license suspensions past 3 years)Complete a background and driving record checkAble to lift 50 pounds independentlyAble to safely work at heights and work overhead for extended periods of timeProfessional appearance and maintenance of company-provided vehicleBenefits & Pay:The pay range for this position is $28 to $35 and is dependent on your experience as a professional handyman, your ability to hit revenue and review targets, as well as your experience with other home repair and maintenance projects such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and drywall.5 paid company holidays annually5% matching on 401K1 paid sick day quarterly1 week, paid vacation after 1 yearRemember, we're looking to hire only the best.
