Essential Functions Performs all activity related to individual loan funding, including wire requests, monitoring of closing agents, line balancing, collateral traffic, payoffs, and reconciliation process.

Work with mortgage bankers via phone and e-mail for any information needed in the funding, collateral, or payoff of their loans.

Handle inquiries from mortgage bankers, as needed.

Provides the best service to our customers with innovative and creative solutions.

Job Requirements High School diploma or equivalent.

Three to five years’ experience in mortgage loan related environment.

Mortgage Warehouse Operations, Mortgage Loan Setup, Mortgage Loan Closer, Post-Closing, Funder, Shipper, Collateral, Lock Desk, Wire Desk.

Excellent computer skills required.

Extended hours sitting and performing computer tasks may be required.
