Job Description

Meets established sales quotas on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Conducts initial outreach to sales leads/prospects.

Sets phone and in-person appointments.

Conducts client consultations regarding risk management and life and health solutions.

Follows Trucordia sales methodologies and best practices including proper use of Trucordia tools and sales management platform.

Qualifications

State‑issued Property and Casualty Producer License

2 years of direct insurance sales experience in commercial lines

Proficiency with professional programs such as Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.

Demonstrated skills in analytics and internal/external communication

The draw/salary range for this position is $50,000-$65,000+, depending on factors such as geographic location, years of insurance sales experience, existing or portable book of business, and demonstrated ability to grow book revenue.

This role includes commission‑based earnings tied to production results.
