Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) for a travel assignment in Plattsburgh, NY. This role requires working in a dynamic acute inpatient environment, with a focus on telemetry and advanced patient care.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU - Travel

Monitor and assess patients requiring close observation and care
Administer and titrate medications, including cardiac and insulin drips
Perform and document EKGs and other required tests
Initiate and manage IV therapy post-cardiac catheterization
Provide care and monitoring for patients undergoing acute coronary syndrome therapy
Participate in the Resource Float team to support various units as needed

Requirements of the RN - PCU - Travel

Valid NY RN license required at time of submission
Current BLS and ACLS certifications, NIHSS required before start
Minimum of 1 year of telemetry experience
Epic experience within the past 2 years is required
