ARCTOS Technology Solutions, LLC (ARCTOS) is a fast-growing, technology-oriented small business providing aerospace, defense, and digital solutions, with offices and work sites across the United States. This part time position primarily provides courier and logistical support for ARCTOS. The primary responsibility of this role is the pickup and delivery of materials, typically within a 35 mile radius of Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio. Deliveries and pickups generally occur two days per week and may involve multiple trips depending on the quantity and type of materials requested. Materials may include scientific demonstration equipment and supplies delivered to local schools and partner locations.
This role also requires hands on support for projects, including assisting with setup, moving equipment and materials, and performing other physical or logistical tasks as needed. Candidates should be comfortable with light to moderate physical work and supporting team activities in the field.
The position requires use of the employee's personal vehicle for courier activities. Candidates must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a good driving record. Administrative duties may be assigned as needed and could include support of home office operations, proofreading, document creation and editing, spreadsheet support, and general office assistance. Organized individual who can follow instructions for delivering materials.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Multiple containers are to be loaded from office to car and into school buildings. Travel
