Temp/Travel -Registered Nurse (RN) HOME HEALTH (Nights)

Registered Nurse – Med Surg (Travel) in Sitka, Alaska, United States. Travel temporary assignment starting 09/14/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $Shift: Flex. Setting: hospital.

Weekly pay: $2,460–$2,537 per week

• Contract duration: Shift: Flex
• Background/fingerprint processing required; housing and flights not provided

Deliver direct nursing care to patients across medical/surgical services with the ability to float to ED and ICU as needed

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care; document thoroughly; coordinate with physicians and the healthcare team
• Administer prescribed medications and therapies; promote safety, infection control, and timely discharge planning
• participate in shift handoffs and interdisciplinary rounds
• Respond to emergencies with sound clinical judgment and appropriate escalation

Active, unrestricted RN license in Alaska

• Graduate of an approved nursing program; high school diploma or equivalent; TNCC/ATCN and NRP certifications may be required depending on unit and must be obtained within the first 6 months and renewed bi-annually
• Minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experience preferred; Ability to float among Med/Surg, ED and ICU; ability to work both Day and Night shifts as needed
• Must have/obtain influenza vaccination
