This role is integral to strategic planning, budgeting, and financial analysis in support of the organization’s mission and long-term goals. The Assistant Dean is a results-driven leader with strong communication skills who fosters collaboration across departments and ensures operational effectiveness. Provide financial forecasting and reporting to support data-driven decisions. ● Manage grants, contracts, and endowment funds in accordance with applicable guidelines. ● Lead long-term financial planning and resource allocation strategies. ● Represent the college on university-wide financial and administrative committees. ● N/A Licenses/ Certifications: N/A# **Minimum Qualifications**Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.Experience: Twelve (12) years of professional experience in financial planning, budget management, or academic administrative operations.
