We specialize in providing short-term rehabilitation services and are proud to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs. With a Director of Nursing and a Director of Rehabilitation at the helm, our team of dedicated nursing and dietary staff have received rave reviews from our patients. We are seeking a Dietary Aide to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility. As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for assisting the kitchen staff in preparing and serving meals to residents, as well as maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Assist in the preparation and serving of meals according to dietary requirements and portion control

• Follow menus and prepare food items as directed by the Cook or Dietary Manager
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas as assigned on cleaning schedule
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in food service or healthcare setting preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines, Food Handlers Certification
