Works to ensure offices, conference rooms, facilities, and other specified areas are kept in a clean and orderly condition. Responsible for general cleaning and maintenance duties which may include vacuuming, dusting, item washing, trash collecting and proper sorting.
General knowledge in use and maintenance of janitorial equipment.
Basic computer skills specifically using Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn additional computer skills or software programs.
Ability to enter data accurately into databases.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to use general office equipment such as fax, phone, copier, etc.
Customer service skills, including active listening, prompt service and follow-up.
Ability to learn and understand corporate policies and procedures.
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
Minimum of two years' work experience in a janitorial role preferred
Must be able to obtain and keep a government security clearance
