Lifeline Vascular Care works with premier physician practices to develop and manage outpatient centers that provide focused and coordinated vascular access procedures to patients receiving hemodialysis treatment for end-stage renal disease (ESRD). We currently manage more than 40 physician-owned vascular access centers where we provide physician practices with financial and outcomes reporting, staffing and training, facility operations, regulatory compliance, and insurance billing services. Per Diem Registered Nurse
At Lifeline Vascular Care, we provide the highest quality, most comprehensive and up-to-date care for our patients. Our employees are talented, passionate health care professionals who know how to provide excellent patient care and customer service. We are seeking a qualified RN for immediate placement in our Vascular Access Center, located in San Antonio, TX. The Registered Nurse will provide ongoing patient information to the interventionist and clinical team during procedures to deliver vascular access care to the patient including but not limited to cardiac monitoring, aldrete score, pain status. Access Center hours Monday - Friday, 7 am to 4 pm. Employment at Lifeline Vascular Care is contingent on successful completion of pre-employment screening and background check.
Assist in recovery room patient care following vascular access procedures
Maintain clear and accurate patient medical records
Communicate with dialysis facilities to monitor post-care as directed by center manager
Participate in access center community education programs
Monitor and maintain adequate inventory of medical supplies
Assist in scheduling patients for vascular access procedures and provide assistance in transporting patients within the center
Participate in community education activities regarding the Access Center
Registered Nurse : 2 years (Preferred)

2 years' RN experience preferably in dialysis, critical care, medical/surgical or ambulatory surgery

• Current RN license in state of practice
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
