Responsibilities
The RN will:

Perform nursing assessments, administer medications and treatments, complete vital signs and specimen collection.

Support medical/surgical consultations, document clinical findings, and monitor patients during unit routines and therapeutic activities.

Provide pre‑/post‑procedure care, prepare patients for internal and external referrals, and maintain accurate electronic health records.

Respond to medical and psychiatric emergencies, apply crisis‑intervention skills, and participate in alarms and disaster plans.

Maintain competency in Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Basic Life Support, and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support for high‑risk procedures such as Electroconvulsive Therapy.

Operate specialty clinic equipment such as pulmonary function devices, autorefractors, audiometric devices, bladder scanners, EKG/Holter monitors, centrifuges, microscopes, CPAP/BiPAP units, nebulizers, IV pumps, and other clinic tools.

Ensure compliance with infection‑control standards, maintain a clean and safe environment, demonstrate cultural humility, protect confidential information, and uphold professional boundaries.

Qualifications
