Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including offer negotiation and onboarding support.

Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) effectively for candidate management and reporting.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing roles (production, engineering, skilled trades).

Proven ability to source passive candidates using various methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, industry-specific job boards, networking).

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, terminology, and organizational structures.

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate management and reporting.

Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
