Lead Stylist Retail

Since 2009, American Threads has grown into a multi-location brand with boutiques across Texas, Arizona, Georgia, and Florida alongside a thriving online store that reaches customers nationwide. Headquartered in California, we blend West Coast creativity with Southern Charm to deliver an elevated retail experience both in-store and online.

We empower individuals to show up confidently and express their personal style for every milestone moment whether it's a graduation, a bridal event, a birthday, or just a night out with the people they love. American Threads is the land of the free, home of the babes and that means we celebrate bold energy, originality, and the freedom to be exactly who you are. You're the first smile a guest sees, the person who helps them find the perfect outfit for a night out, date night, or a milestone celebration, and the reason they come back.

This is a role for someone who genuinely loves fashion, loves people, and loves the energy of a great retail floor. You don't need a resume full of management titles - you need passion, personality, and a willingness to show up and give it your all every shift.
