Legacy Kia of West Mifflin is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Service Concierge to join our growing Service Department.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in building a long-term career in the automotive industry. No automotive service experience is required—we are looking for the right attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn.

As a Service Concierge, you will be one of the first and last people our service customers interact with. Your job is to help create a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience from arrival through vehicle pickup.

Greet customers promptly as they arrive in the service drive

Record vehicle mileage and assist with documenting vehicle condition

Introduce customers to their Service Advisor and help ensure a smooth handoff

Pull completed vehicles around and have them ready for customer pickup

Answer incoming service phone calls and assist customers with basic questions

Send text messages and updates to customers on behalf of Service Advisors

Assist Service Advisors with customer communication and other daily tasks

Help maintain an organized, efficient, and customer-friendly service drive

*
Work with the entire service team to provide an excellent customer experience

Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with customers

A strong communicator in person, over the phone, and through text

Able to maintain a valid driver's license and safely operate customer vehicles

We view the Service Concierge position as more than an entry-level job. It can be a pathway to becoming a Service Advisor and building a career in one of the fastest-growing areas of our dealership.

You will work alongside experienced Service Advisors and management while learning customer communication, dealership service operations, repair-order processes, scheduling, and the overall customer service experience.
