We believe in people, and we value freedom, integrity, quality, and sustainability.We're very keen on social impact - we truly care about everyone on our team, and we want to make the world a better place for all of us.In Your Day-to-Day, You WillSupport the Agency Manager in overseeing daily operations across the full policy lifecycleCoordinate with the CRM Team Lead to assign and monitor daily tasks across the CRM teamOversee quoting with multiple carriers, broker applications, certificates, endorsements, and renewal preparationOrder and issue binders, certificates, policies, and endorsements, verifying accuracy before sending to clientsProcess renewals with producers and agents, following agency proceduresOwn customer satisfaction and retention across the team's book of business, stepping in early when issues come upOwn sales and production targets for yourself and your teamTrain new hires through knowledge transfer, on-the-job training, and floor supportReview recurring reports (tasks, missed calls, renewal pipeline, new business) and drive resolution of flagged issuesMonitor adherence to SOPs, including task notation, EZlynx labeling, and folder structurePartner with the Quality Control Lead and Service Delivery Leader to close productivity gaps and improve team knowledgeWork with the Closing Procedure Lead to keep policies moving smoothly through to closeHold daily meetings with Team Leads to improve workflow and productivityReport daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables to senior management independentlySupport the Agency Manager on ad hoc projects, audits, and process improvementsSkills You Have5+ years of experience in P&C insurance operations, account or policy management, or team coordination2+ years of experience in commercial lines1+ year in a supervisory or management roleDirect P&C insurance experience with carriers, quoting, endorsements, and claims processes (this role has no ramp-up period)Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PDFs), carrier websites, and agency management systems like EZlynxStrong organization, documentation, and communication skillsAbility to work independentlyLeadership and team building skills, with the initiative to grow within the companyAuthorization to work in the US (no H-1B sponsorship available)Skills That Will Make You Stand OutBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related fieldYou'll Be Entitlement ToPaid time off Health Insurance Commissions and bonus for performance
