The Onboarding Specialist plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional candidate and team member experience throughout the hiring and onboarding process. This position provides administrative and operational support across recruitment functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate records.
Facilitating onboarding for new hires, rehires, and internal transfers.
Entering and validating team member information within BayCare's systems.
Greeting new hires and conducting onboarding appointments.
Monitoring and following up on required employment documentation.
Processing relocation and bonus agreements accurately and timely.
Supporting additional recruitment and onboarding activities as assigned.
1 year of Human Resources experience, or

• 2 years of Customer Service experience, or
• Preferred: 3 years of Human Resources experience

Required: High School Diploma or GED
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
Location: BayCare System Office East
Status: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Shift: Days
