Building Services fulfills this mission through the following:Performs general maintenance, repairs, and additions to all Residential Life buildings.Maintains and repairs air conditioning systems and motorized cleaning equipment.Replaces and installs ceiling tiles, window screens, hinges, knobs, showerheads, closet hasps, doors, and window blinds, caulks doors and windows, and performs painting repairs.Climbs ladders to replace light bulbs and clean out light fixtures, helps investigate and solve problems, and completes any assignments given by the supervisor.Appointment Type: This position will be filled as a Probationary Appointment.Location: Louisiana Tech University, Residential Life-Ruston, LA Work Schedule: The typical work schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm.
