Pharmacist - Remote 11/2 Address: Anywhere in US. Job Description Review and complete criteria based on prior authorization as per policy and procedure. Ensure potential hires understand the requirement to provide own high-speed internet with at least 25 Mb download and 3 MB upload speeds. Verify and document active pharmacist license, including license dates to ensure they are current. Assess and confirm home work environment is secure, private, and dedicated to CVS Health business during work hours. Complete training over 5 weeks, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CT, starting 11/09/2026. Ensure compliance with teleworker privacy practices and security measures for CVS property and confidential information. Perform reviewer duties efficiently using basic computer skills, strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Critical Information Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM local time, with occasional weekend work. Remote, fully work-from-home position with potential in-office change. Must provide internet speed test results ( including provider information. Must have active pharmacist license listed on their resume with active status. Work environment must be private, secure, and dedicated to CVS business during work hours. Safety-sensitive role with compliance to privacy and security policies. Education/Licenses Needed Pharmacy license in the state of residence, active and in good standing, with license dates provided. Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Pharm D.
