Hotel Restaurant Server/Bartender (Am - Afternoon Shift)

As a Pearl Restaurant Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Your primary objective is to ensure customer satisfaction by accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages, and promptly addressing any guest needs or concerns. As part of the sales process, this position requires accurate financial handling of all payment transactions and maintaining strict control of the bills. You will collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely, accurate delivery of orders. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the restaurant’s reputation for outstanding service and encourage repeat business.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.

Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.

Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure orders are correct and meet quality standards.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service.

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
