Production Packer - Weekly Pay Overnight Shift

This role offers the opportunity to work in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment on 3rd shift, performing production packing and inspection tasks for automotive parts. You will handle materials, use an RF scanner to track orders, and ensure products are correctly packed and ready for shipment while maintaining a safe and organized work area.
Unpack parts weighing up to 25 pounds in a safe and efficient manner.
Use an RF scanner to accurately track orders and update inventory records.
Re-pack products into totes according to work instructions and quality standards.
Perform visual inspection of parts to identify defects or irregularities.
Follow written work instructions to complete packing and production tasks correctly.
Stand for the entirety of the shift while performing packing and material handling duties.
Assist with general labor tasks such as loading, unloading, labeling, and material handling as needed.
Support production and assembly processes by ensuring accurate packaging and inventory handling.
Contribute to a safe work environment by following all facility guidelines and procedures.
Experience with packaging and packing in a production or manufacturing environment.
Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks safely.
Experience using RF scanners for order tracking and inventory management.
Basic inspection skills, including visual inspection of parts for quality issues.
Comfort with general labor tasks such as loading, unloading, and material handling.
Ability to perform labeling and inventory-related tasks with attention to detail.
Experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing operations.
Experience working in a clean, climate-controlled facility.
Familiarity with automotive parts or similar industrial products.
Reliability in adhering to scheduled 3rd shift hours and weekend work requirements.
Available Shift & Pay
3rd shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

• Straight 8-hour shifts
• One weekend day required (Friday or Saturday, depending on department)

Team members work on 3rd shift from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM and can expect to work a straight eight-hour schedule plus one weekend day, either Friday or Saturday depending on the department. The environment involves standing for the entire shift, handling parts up to 25 pounds, and using RF scanners and standard packaging equipment in a structured production setting.
This is a Permanent position based out of Greenfield, IN.
