Nursing RN ICU

Provides specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through advanced clinical skills and compassionate support.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Maintain accurate documentation in the Meditech electronic medical record system.
Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and post-discharge care.
Hold a valid RN license and have at least 2 years of recent ICU experience.
Demonstrate proficiency with ICU equipment, including ventilators, monitors, and IV pumps.
Skilled in managing post-operative open-heart surgery patients, including those on ECMO, Impella, or balloon pumps.
Supportive team environment located near recreational outdoor activities.
