What does a Merchandiser do at Swire Coca‑Cola?

Ensure all Swire Coca‑Cola’s customer locations are properly stocked and rotated according to company standards and expectations. Guarantee customer satisfaction in maintaining back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers and all points of availability throughout the store. Develop and preserve internal and external customer relationships while representing Swire Coca‑Cola.

Schedule: 5:00 am–1:30 pm (Overtime and Weekends Required)

Pay: $17.41–$21.76 per hour

This is a seasonal role starting from April1 to September15, with potential for full‑time transition.

Utilize technology and applications as required throughout the day

Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers

Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first‑in‑first‑out stocking system

Build displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store management

Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner; prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily

Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements

Ability to use a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business‑use vehicle insurance; Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs

Mileage reimbursement

Local routes – allowing you to stay close to home and represent an international brand in your community

Base pay range is $17.41 to $21.76 per hour, with pay offered depending on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
