Job Description New Brunswick Counseling Center (NBCC) is a CARF-accredited, nonprofit provider of outpatient substance use and mental health services. We deliver respectful, high-quality care that supports recovery and wellness across our communities.
We’re hiring a full time Licensed Clinician (LSW or LAC) Counselor to support our Behavioral Health program for our Burlington (Mount Holly)Location. This role is part of our Behavioral Health Program and Mobile Unit initiative , providing both clinic-based and community/mobile behavioral health services. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who values person-centered care, cultural responsiveness, and collaborative teamwork in a dynamic clinical environment.

Conduct biopsychosocial assessments for mental health and substance use needs
Develop person-centered treatment plans in partnership with clients
Provide individual and group counseling (in-person and telehealth)
Support clients with stress management, emotional regulation, recovery supports, and community resources
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field (accredited program)
Proficiency with EMRs and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Experience in outpatient behavioral health, SUD treatment, co-occurring disorders, MAT/OTP settings, or community mental health
Bilingual skills (Spanish/other languages)
