Senior architecture architect

We require a bachelors degree or higher in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a closely related field.

We look for 7+ years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.

We need experience guiding cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects under tight deadlines.

We look for experience with RF front-end design, high-speed digital systems, and signal integrity.

S. citizen or national, a U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

A masters degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or an equivalent discipline is preferred.

Experience in space vehicle or satellite operations, space communications, or a related industry is preferred.

Experience in wireless system design and architecture, system integration, and RF system analysis is preferred.

Familiarity with EM simulation tools such as CST, HFSS, or ADS, and system-level modeling platforms is preferred.

Knowledge of at least one modern programming or scripting language such as C, C++, Python, or MATLAB is preferred.

We define and lead the architectural vision for advanced phased array antenna systems, ensuring alignment with performance, scalability, and reliability goals.

We drive system-level design and optimization, creating blueprints that direct RF, digital, and hardware teams across the organization.

We oversee system integration to ensure seamless interaction between phased array systems, RF front ends, and digital beamforming architectures.

We guide cross-functional teams, including RF, software, and systems engineers, to deliver designs that meet strict performance, power, and thermal targets.

We collaborate with product management, supply chain, and operations to ensure architectural choices support business goals and production realities.
