Employment Type: Travel LPN Contract

Healthcare Setting: Long Term Care Facility (LTC)

Assignment Duration: 17 weeks (September 29, 2025 – January 24, 2026)

Shifts: 8-hour shifts; Days (7am–3pm) and Evenings (3pm–11pm); includes weekends and holidays as needed

LPN Job Requirements – New York Long Term Care Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New York State

Minimum 2 years of recent experience in long term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric nursing

Dedication to providing patient-centered care with dignity and respect

LPN Responsibilities – Long Term Care Nursing Jobs Deliver direct patient care to geriatric residents, including medication administration and daily nursing tasks

Supervise and collaborate with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and support Registered Nurses (RNs)

Manage care for 8–10 residents per LPN, ensuring high-quality clinical support

Provide wound care and monitor resident health (no trach or acute care required)

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with facility and state healthcare standards

Promote a positive, respectful, and safe environment for residents and staff
