Host / Hostess - Guest Experience
We are seeking a friendly and energetic host/hostess to create a welcoming first impression for our guests.
Accurately process all guest checks with no cash overages or shortages.
Support servers and bus persons to execute service standards.
Use proper cash handling procedures for cash and non‑cash transactions, counting change, and maintaining cash accountability.
Ensure the cash register area is stocked with all needed items.
Communicate with Manager on Duty and co‑workers regarding product/service deficiencies, equipment or safety issues.
Monitor and oversee food temperatures during hot and cold handling to reduce risk of foodborne illness.
Maintain cleanliness of bakery cases and restock them.
Use knowledge of bakery products to perform suggestive selling techniques and sampling programs with guests.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
16.90 per hour.
