Laundry Assistant Location: The Gardens at Millville - Millville, PA

The Gardens at Millville is seeking a full-time Laundry Assistant to join our skilled nursing facility in Millville, PA.

Schedule

Full-Time

6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Every Other Weekend (EOW) required

Every Other Holiday (EOH) required

Responsibilities

Place soiled facility linens and residents' personal laundry into washing machines

Fold or hang residents' personal laundry and transport items to resident rooms

Hang clothing in closets and place clothing in drawers

Sort, wash, dry, and distribute linens and personal itemsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area

Follow all infection control, safety, and laundry procedures

Qualifications

Previous experience in laundry, housekeeping, cleaning, maintenance, or a related field preferred

Familiarity with laundry equipment and cleaning materials

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
