Travel RN (Registered Nurse) | Urgent Needs

Vetted is seeking a RN - Med Surg for a travel job in Bloomington, Illinois .

This contract pays approximately $12,338/month gross.

Contract length: Shift length: 8 hour shifts

Start Date: ASAP

Provide patient and family education related to the plan of care and discharge needs.

Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.

Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the medical record.

Support safe transitions of care, including handoffs and care plan updates.
