Waters Restaurant - Server

Server - WATR Restaurant This role is part of our service team, ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with 1 Hotel standards.
Responsibilities Serve as part of the restaurant/bar service team and fulfill all guest service needs according to 1 Hotel standards.
Maintain a working knowledge of the full food and drink menu and make recommendations.
Keep table and service areas clean, organized, and stocked.
Assist busser or fellow servers in clearing and resetting tables when needed.
Deliver friendly, engaging customer service, maintaining eye contact, respectful conversation, and a smile.
Guarantee neat and quality service, participate in daily shift meetings, and adhere to strict uniform & grooming standards.
Follow company cash handling and payment tendering procedures, report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents or injuries, complete safety training, and store flammable materials properly.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards; Uphold the 1 Hotels Vision, Mission, and Compass through Good‑Natured Service and Brand Pillars.
Qualifications & Skills Prior serving experience.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in verbal and written English.
Food handling certification (can be obtained during employment).
Adaptable to varying schedules, including holidays.
