Prep/Line Cook
One Lincoln Park in Dayton, OH is looking to hire a Part-time Prep/Line Cook to join our culinary team. This role is essential in providing service to our residents. In addition to preparing meals in our restaurant style kitchen, responsibilities include following safety and quality procedures, maintaining a clean work environment, and working collaboratively with other team members.
This culinary position earns a competitive wage of starting at $16.00 per hour based on experience. A Day In The Life Of A Prep/Line Cook
As a Prep/Line Cook, you work in our kitchen, preparing meals for our residents. You cook a range of cuisines, from elegant fine dining to our more casual bistro-style offerings. As you prepare for service, you accommodate special menu needs and a la carte requests, meeting our residents' dietary requirements with acute attention to detail. Exercising your culinary creativity, you help us develop and implement menus. You always prioritize safety and quality, maintaining sanitation standards and keeping your station clean. Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment, and you know how to plan ahead and stay on top of your tasks. You communicate effectively with your team and our residents, always maintaining a high level of professionalism and respect. Your satisfaction comes from gaining kitchen experience while serving excellent food to our residents!

Work Schedule For A Prep/Line Cook
This part-time culinary position works from 11am-7pm, 3-4 days a week, with weekend availability.
