Previous lead experience or demonstrated ability to guide team operations

Sit-down forklift experience required

Experience scanning and processing freight

Comfortable using computers, email, and mobile applications

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and lead by example

Frequent walking, bending, and material handling required

Lead dock loading and unloading operations during assigned shift

Coordinate staging, scanning, and movement of freight to meet shipping timelines

Identify and resolve freight discrepancies or damages

Operate sit-down forklift as needed

Utilize rf scanners, warehouse systems, and basic computer tools
