Conduct system calculation, product development activities and prepare test plans, analyze test data, and produce parts, designs, following standard work and design manual.

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position operating during standard daytime business hours.

Upon the successful completion of the initial onboarding and training period, the Systems Engineer will be eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with the option to work remotely up to one day per week.

Participate in product development activities including engineering studies, feasibility studies, cost estimates.

Analyze and summarize test results to confirm product design performance, capability, and reliability.

Calibrate test data with modelling tools and prepare EDR to match test results.

Collaborate with the compression/heat transfer/electrical/control team to integrate the components design into the chiller design.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or thermal dynamics.

A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in HVAC Systems.

Able and willing to travel domestically, up to 20% of the year.

Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

Work independently with general supervision.
