Respiratory Therapist - 12hr Days
Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
Shift: 7pm - 7:30am, Varies; occasional weekends required.
Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the specialty. The successful candidate will support patient care through respiratory care and diagnostic services in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Administer respiratory therapy treatments and diagnostic tests.
Monitor and assess patient conditions to ensure optimal care.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans.
Educate patients and families on respiratory health and therapy.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
Georgia RRT License.
NBRC- RRT certification.
Holiday Work Expectations
Candidates must be available to work 2 major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day, as well as 1 minor holiday: the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve.
