Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy is expanding our exceptional team of therapy professionals! We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing multi-disciplinary team and help us Reveal the Super inEvery Child!

Your Impact As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy, you will:

Provide expert supervision and guidance to ABA Technicians, ensuring high-quality client care.

Develop tailored skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles to support each child's unique needs.

Continuously monitor and adjust behavior plans to align with the child's progress and evolving needs.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including weekly supervision notes detailing progress, goals, and behavior data.

at intake and every six months, documenting findings in the electronic medical record.

Actively participate in staff meetings and training workshops to promote professional growth and best practices.

Qualifications Current certification as a BCBA through the BACB.

Physical & Environmental Requirements Active & Engaged Work – Kneeling, bending and playing at ground level.

Loud or Noisy Environments – Working with active children in dynamic settings.

Potential Exposure to Bodily Fluids – Assisting with hygiene or accidental incidents.

Clinic Location Davison

Status Full-time

Schedule Your day-to-day schedule will vary by clinic and client needs, generally 8 am - 4 pm, 9 am - 5 pm, or 10 am - 6 pm. No evenings!

Potential to earn additional compensation in productivity bonuses.

$2,500 sign on bonus paid in two installments of $1,250
