Head of Corporate Finance

Responsibilities Lead complex financial modeling engagements, including development of integrated 3-statement models, cash flow models, and scenario analyses used to support strategic decision‑making.
Translate client objectives into structured analytical approaches, including defining key drivers, assumptions, and outputs.
Evaluate business initiatives and financial alternatives, including capital raises, recapitalizations, acquisitions, and organic growth strategies.
Support transaction‑related engagements through development of pro forma models, analysis of deal structures, and evaluation of stakeholder outcomes.
Develop and oversee scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess risks, constraints, and key value drivers.
Support the design and implementation of forecasting processes, budgets, and management reporting frameworks.
Review and refine financial models, analyses, and client deliverables to ensure accuracy, clarity, and usability.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in financial advisory, investment banking, transaction services, or corporate FP&A.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, including the ability to build models from first principles and apply them to real‑world business scenarios.
Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts.
Experience supporting transactions, capital structure analysis, or investment evaluation is preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to build, review, and manage complex models.
Professional certifications (CPA, CFA, CMA, MBA) are a plus.
