CNC Machine Operator - 1st Shift
Associated Staffing is hiring a CNC Machine Operator for a respected manufacturing company in Hastings. If you have manufacturing experience, enjoy precision work and are looking for a long-term opportunity with excellent benefits and room for growth, we want to hear from you.
1st Shift
~ Overtime may be required on Fridays from 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Operate CNC machines to cut and shape die castings to customer specifications
Perform machining operations including turning, milling, drilling, tapping, boring, reaming and countersinking
Inspect parts using precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, dial gauges, gauge pins and digital gauges
Identify quality issues and ensure parts meet specifications
Learn print reading, equipment operation and quality procedures through on-the-job training
Previous CNC machining experience is preferred
Manufacturing experience is a plus
