Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Mechatronics Engineer for their New York, NY location.
CAD and hardware design
Electronics, sensors, and data sampling.
Light data analysis / python coding skills
Support various ongoing projects that require hardware for in-lab data collection, including the construction, installation, and maintenance of EMG devices.
As a Mechatronics Engineer, you will play a critical role in hardware construction, installation, testing, and providing in-lab support. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure the success of our client's projects.
Bachelor's or master's degree in mechatronics engineering.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in Mechatronics related fields.
Strong knowledge of hardware construction, installation, data collection, data analysis, debugging, and testing.
Experience with scripting languages, with a preference for Python.
Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux) and programming languages (C, C++ preferred).
Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
Familiarity with Jenkins and Python.
