Our Behavioral Health team works in a 150-bed inpatient facility designed to foster healing, safety, and innovation. With a 1:6-1:8 nurse-to-patient ratio, you'll benefit from balanced assignments and a supportive, team-oriented culture. We provide care across child, adult, geriatric, and forensic populations while promoting strong work-life balance and professional growth.

What we’re looking for Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse

Transcribe and carry out physician orders accurately

Document patient status, response to interventions, and progress toward goals

Assist with psychiatric emergencies and crisis stabilization

Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care expectations

Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring dignity, rights, and confidentiality

Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning

Support detox monitoring protocols as applicable

Applicants should have A current LPN license in the state of Massachusetts and graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.

CPI or Handle With Care certification preferred or obtained within 30 days.

Behavioral Health, Psychiatric, Detox, or Med/Surg experience preferred.

Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices preferred.

Hourly Range $30.00 - $44.75 per hour
