Job Description Dream Team Family Dentistry & Oral Surgery is seeking a compassionate, dependable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing practice in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
We are looking for a hygienist who provides excellent clinical care while helping patients feel comfortable, respected, and well-informed. Experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply, and we are also happy to consider a recent dental-hygiene graduate who is properly licensed and ready to begin their career with a supportive team.
This is a full-time opportunity in Murfreesboro , with the option to also pick up part-time hours at our Lebanon office if desired.

Compensation:
Starting at $300 per day , with compensation based on experience, qualifications, and schedule.
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive adult and pediatric dental-hygiene services.
Obtain and review medical and dental histories.
Take diagnostic-quality radiographs as prescribed.
Complete periodontal charting and assist with periodontal diagnosis.
Perform prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, fluoride treatments, and other preventive services within the hygienist’s permitted scope.
Educate patients about oral hygiene, periodontal health, and recommended treatment.
Accurately document clinical findings and treatment in patient records.
Maintain proper infection-control and sterilization standards.
Work closely with the doctors, assistants, and front-office team to provide an excellent patient experience.
Help maintain an efficient, productive hygiene schedule without compromising patient care.
Required Qualifications:
Current Tennessee dental-hygiene license or eligibility to obtain one before beginning employment.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Strong clinical, communication, and patient-education skills.
Dependable, professional, and team oriented.
Comfortable treating patients of different ages and clinical needs.
Previous hygiene experience is welcomed but not required . New dental-hygiene graduates are encouraged to apply.
