Head of Operations & Business Management

Comfort Keepers is seeking a high-performing Operations Manager / Market Leader to oversee and grow one of our fastest-growing territories.

We are looking for an operationally strong leader who can drive performance, build relationships, develop referral partnerships, lead teams, create accountability, and help scale a thriving home care business.

If you enjoy building teams, solving problems, developing people, growing revenue, and making a meaningful impact on seniors and families, we want to meet you.

Lead, coach, and develop office staff and caregivers
Operations
Oversee daily operations and client service delivery
Monitor key performance indicators and operational scorecards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Develop and strengthen referral relationships throughout the community
Build partnerships with hospitals, rehab facilities, physicians, senior living communities, case managers, elder law attorneys, and community organizations
Represent Comfort Keepers at networking events and industry functions
Financial Performance
Monitor revenue, staffing efficiency, margins, and operational performance
Within your first 12 months you will help drive:
We are looking for someone who has successfully led teams, managed operations, and driven business growth.

Healthcare Operations
Healthcare Business Development
Multi-site Service Operations
Experience managing people, budgets, KPIs, and growth initiatives is strongly preferred.

Proven operational management experience

Strong business development and relationship-building skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred
