Head of Sales | Team Lead

Job Summary The Retail Sales Lead Supervisor will lead the sales team at a See’s Candies retail shop, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and maintaining the brand’s high standards of customer service and visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities Assist the Shop Manager in providing effective leadership to the retail team, creating a sales‑driven and customer‑focused environment.
Motivate and guide team members to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the retail location in accordance with company guidelines.
Ensure visual merchandising and product presentation compliance.
Resolve customer and employee concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
Assist with training and developing team members on company programs, policies, and procedures.
Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Manage cash handling procedures, protection of company assets, and banking responsibilities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, ethical standards, and safety protocols.
Assist with inventory management: maintain accuracy, proper levels, and communicate needs and trends to management.
Submit required paperwork such as payroll approvals and other administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications At least 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
Proven success in developing, motivating, training, and coaching employees.
Demonstrated ability to grow the business by seeking sales opportunities and building a sales‑driven team.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change efficiently, proactively and positively.
Physical ability to perform essential functions, including packing candy, stocking shelves, ringing sales, standing or walking shift, and lifting up to 25 pounds frequently.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
Compensation and Benefits Pay rate: $25.57 per hour.
