$Team Rehabilitation is seeking out patient-focused Physical Therapists. The only way to drive success is in providing exceptional physical therapy with measurable outcomes. Provide excellent health care for our patients. Patients should achieve good outcomes and be happy with their experience of physical therapy.

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to help them recover from injury, manage pain, and restore mobility. Understand their current medical and emotional situations and then develop plans of care.

Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharges accurately and on time.

However, with our normal outpatient orthopedic population, Team expects 60 treatments in a 40‑hour work week from a full‑time Physical Therapist.

Participate in clinic research projects and protocol development.

Stay current on best practices through in‑house CEUs and continuing education.

Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.

Valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain).
