We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) . This role is integral in supporting both patients and providers, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and compassionate care.

Prepare and stock exam rooms to ensure readiness for patient care

Assist providers with procedures and patient care as needed

Triage patient phone calls, review test results, manage pharmacy calls, and review medications

Complete patient documentation accurately and in a timely manner within the Electronic Health Record (EHR)

Perform point-of-care lab testing, prepare specimens, and maintain compliance with CLIA standards

Communicate effectively with patients, families, coworkers, and external partners to support patient care and outcomes

Certified (CMA) or Registered (RMA) Medical Assistant

Graduate of an accredited ABHES or CAAHEP Medical Assistant program

High school diploma or equivalent required

Knowledge of standard clinical, lab, and medical procedures

Computer literacy and accurate data entry skills required

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an ambulatory care setting preferred
