This is a contract position. We are looking for a talented individual to join our People Team as a Contract Recruiter! In this pivotal role, you will frequently apply your experience in talent advisement, quickly assert yourself as an expert in the space to your business partners, while guiding qualified candidates seamlessly through our recruitment process.

Building the plane as you fly it; flawlessly executing a recruitment process while simultaneously reconstructing it to be best‑in‑class

Resourcefully advising managers and business leaders on market trends, tactical methodologies, and competitive analysis to develop customized approaches for complex hiring needs at scale

Representing the CLEAResult brand proudly in every interaction, as you deeply vet candidates for open vacancies, partner with various vendors, or collaborate with other organizations

Supporting members of the Recruiting team

Collaborating cross‑functionally with other members of the People Team to help guide our mission forward

Over 3 years of progressive recruitment experience

A track record of navigating various obstacles in relation to sourcing and recruiting

The ability to quickly get up to speed with Workday and other business platforms. An affinity for data and the important role its application plays in success
