We are looking for a Director of People to elevate our people operations from
the scrappy, early days of a startup into a well-oiled machine that keeps our
people, office, and talent acquisition engine functioning at their highest
You will pull together a number of processes & policies for hiring,
onboarding, events and our office to create an incredible and cohesive

Executive Partnership: Act as a direct, trusted advisor to our leadership
team on all things people, facilities, recruiting, events, compliance, and

* Recruiting Engine: Partner closely with our Lead Recruiter and hiring
managers to build a recruiting machine that supports Product, G&A, and Ops
